Kiro Manoyan, participant of the discussion named "The foreign agenda
of the parties" which took place at "Congress" hotel, said that a
change of the course must be changed both in Armenian-Turkish relations
and NK issue settlement process. "We must refuse the protocols and
a new document must be put on the table. Nagorno Karabakh must be
recognized internationally and the liberated lands must be resettled",
he noted.
According to Styopa Safaryan from the "Heritage" party announced that
no progress can be achieved in both issues. According to him it will
be better if Armenian-Turkish frozen protocols are never "melted".
Safaryan offered to refuse the Madrid principles at all and to apply
to the international court.
Representative of Armenian National Congress Vladimir Karapetyan
agreed with Safaryan and said there was no achievement in both issues.
According to him process of Armenian Genocide recognition has been
stopped after the Armenian-Turkish protocols were signed.
