Dima Bilan rejects participation in Junior Eurovision 2011 in Yerevan
as a guest.
Now the participants will be entertained by Vladimir Arzumanyan and
Sirusho, who finished fourth in Eurovision 2008 with her Kele Kele hit.
Garik Martirosyan was expected to host Junior Eurovision. But in a few
weeks before the contest it turned out that he lifted his candidacy,
