MATTHEW BRYZA: NAGORNO-KARABAKH CONFLICT HAS NO ARMED DEAL

"Iran cannot act as a mediator in the process for the peaceful
settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict," US Ambassador to Azerbaijan
Matthew Bryza told Azerbaijani SalamNews. The US diplomat has stressed
that Armenia and Azerbaijan support the OSCE Minsk Group mediation.
"In this respect, we hail the efforts made by Armenia and Azerbaijan.
I suppose, due to those efforts the conflict will achieve a peaceful
settlement. This conflict cannot be settled through an armed deal."
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chaired by Russia, USA and France, holds
mediating mission for the peaceful resolution of NK conflict.
