OSCE CAN HELP KARABAKH RESOLUTION; BAKU, YEREVAN PLAY KEY ROLE - ZANNIER

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will
assist the process of resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, OSCE
Secretary General Lamberto Zannier said.
We will assist the settlement of this conflict, he told journalists
in Moscow on Tuesday.
He welcomed the Russian initiatives to reach a compromise over this
issue, adding that Baku and Yerevan must play the main role in this
process.
You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink,
Zannier said.
