"NAIRI" CINEMA TO REOPEN OCT 8

After about 2 years of pause "Nairi" cinema will open its doors for
the film lovers October 8.
"On the opening day the film by director Edgar Baghdasaryan "Country
of Saint Traditions" will be shown, which will be symbolizing for us",
Hovhannes Galstyan, director of film showing programs of the cinema
said speaking to Armenpress. He said the cinema will be presented in
a new format to regain the former love toward it.
Galstyan said in the big hall American, European, Asian films,
cartoons will be shown, films of upbringing nature will be presented
for schoolchildren after which film discussions will be organized.
After reopening "Nairi" cinema will operate under the auspices of
Armenia's National Cinema Center which will give new prospects and
opportunity to the cinema.
