ANALYST: RETURN OF ARMENIAN-TURKISH PROTOCOLS TO PARLIAMENT IS OF PROPAGATING NATURE

"I do not think that the Armenian-Turkish protocols tend to "revive"",
political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan said, referring to the return
of Armenian-Turkish protocols to the parliament of Turkey.
The analyst said there is even no need to speak seriously about it.
"More probably Turkey will undergo constitutional change, presidential
elections, naturally Erdogan will become president. In this condition,
of course, raising this issue is aimed at gaining credits", he said,
adding that the protocols are frozen for a long time if not say they
have died.
The speaker said this step is technical, Turkey always does this way.
