Azeri hackers attack European organization's website
Baku, 7 October: The official website of the OSCE Parliamentary
Assembly has come under hackers' attack. The website is not available
at the moment.
Users see the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs' photo and an Azerbaijani map
with the words "Karabakh is ours" written on it when going to
oscepa.org website.
We should note that the OSCE PA autumn session opens in Dubrovnik,
Croatia today. The settlement of the Nagornyy Karabakh conflict will
be on the session's agenda. The OSCE's newly-appointed special
representative for the South Caucasus conflicts, Joao Soares, will
chair discussions on "The OSCE's role in the settlement of conflicts:
Nagornyy Karabakh". OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Robert Bradtke, Bernard
Fassier and Igor Popov will also attend the discussions.
[When accessed at 0700 gmt on 7 October, the oscepa.org website showed
a page with captions in English "Azerbaijani Defacers Were here!", "No
one and nothing will be forgotten...", "Karabakh is OURS!" and "Kings
have not died still yet!!!", as well as an Azerbaijani flag overlaid
on a map of Azerbaijan, and a crossed-out photo of the three OSCE
Minsk Group co-chairmen.]
