VARDAN MINASYAN: I BELIEVE IN THE SUCCESS OF OUR TEAM

"I believe in the success of our team", chief coach of the Armenian
team Vardan Minasyan told at a news conference in Ireland yesterday
late in the evening. According to irishtimes.com agency, Minasyan is
convinced that Armenia has a ready and strong national team that may
reach positive result.
In response to the question about factors thanks to which the Armenian
national team displayed such a good result, Minasyan stressed two
factors - mutual trust and experience. We lacked it in the beginning
of the qualifier when the young people did not trust each other. Now
it is not so, and the Armenian team has both experience and high
mutual trust," Minasyan said, reminding that after being appointed
the chief coach of the team he brought 10 young people to the national
team who are currently the main core of the team.
In response to the question how he treated the news that Robbie Keane
of the Irish team will not play, Minasyan confessed that it is good
for Armenia.
Armenia-Ireland football match will take place today at 10 pm
Yerevan time.
