COOPERATION AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN ARMENIA AND FRANCE

Minister of Education and Science Armen Ashotyan, Ambassador of France
to Armenia Henri Reynaud and Deputy Head of the French "Gref" (Retired
Teachers without Borders) organization signed a cooperation agreement.
Within the framework of the agreement orientation and evaluation of
teachers of French language will be carried out, professional programs
will be worked out and implemented.
"Today we open a new page in the Armenian-French relations and its is
symbolizing that this educational step coincided with the outcome of
the visit of President of France and the warmth he has left in our
hearts," Minister Armen Ashotyan said. He noted that this testifies
the fact that new horizons may always open for the development of
Armenian-French relations.
"Programs with the French education and science sphere vary. Earlier
we have signed other agreement on in-depth studying of French", the
minister said, adding that French University is working productively
in Armenia.
