The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) did not
conduct any voting to resume the sub-commission on Karabakh, Hermine
Naghdalyan, an Armenian delegate to the Assembly has said.

"The head of the delegation, David Harutyunyan, spoke on behalf of
the Armenian delegates at the PACE's bureau session. He read out
the delegation's letter which was undersigned by all the members,"
she told a news conference on Wednesday.

Naghdalyan said that text of the letter, which had to be distributed
among all the delegates. was missing from their folders.

"It particularly said that the delegation was against re-establishment
    of the sub-commission," she added.

Recent media reports claimed that Naghdalyan had voted in favor of
the proposal to re-establish the sub-commission on Nagorno-Karabakh.

It came after Samed Seyidov, a member of the Azerbaijani delegation,
told reporters in Strasburg that the PACE bureau had unanimously
    supported proposal back in January.
