A research book by two Azerbaijani analysts concludes that it will
cost Baku $28.4 billion to restore the infrastructure in the "occupied
territories after their liberation."
The book, "Post-Conflict Recovery of Azerbaijani Territories" was
launched in Baku today and is the work of editor-in-chief of the
Caucasus and Globalization Scientific Journal Nazim Muzaffarli and
director of the Caucasus Strategic Studies Institute Eldar Ismayilov.
The authors say their findings are based on World Bank research
concerning post-conflict reconstruction in various regions of the
world.
