ARMENIA TO DEEPEN RELATIONS WITH INTERPOL - PRESIDENT

YEREVAN. - Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan received Secretary
General of International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL)
Ronald Kenneth Noble on Thursday.
The President welcomed the guest and praised high the world mission
of INTERPOL, presidential press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
"We consider the role of INTERPOL as a key one and desire to deepen
our relations with the organization," Sargsyan said. "Cooperation with
the Organization is also an opportunity for the Armenian specialists
to raise their professionalism."
The Secretary General stated that National Central Bureau, linking
INTERPOL and Armenia, is of great authority in the Organization.
The President thanked Noble for the support of the Bureau and stressed
that the cooperation is a requirement in the struggle against the
crime.
