ARMENIA HAS NEW HEAD OF MISSION AT OSCE

YEREVAN. - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree whereby,
in connection with assuming a new post, Arman Kirakosyan is discharged
from his duties as Armenia's Deputy FM.
With other presidential decrees, Kirakosyan is appointed Armenia's
Ambassador to Austria, combined with being appointed Armenia's Head
of Mission, with residence in Vienna, at the Organization for Security
and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Presidential Press Office informed
