YEREVAN YEGISHE CHARENTS SCHOOL TO HOST BRITISH AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA

Armenian National Commission for UNESCO continues implementing
its program Recognize the World's Cultures and Countries, launched
last month.
The program envisages meetings of students of 11 Armenian schools
involved in the UNESCO's Associated Schools Project Network (ASPnet)
with the UNESCO member-states' ambassadors to Armenia.
The Armenian foreign office reports that, under the program, on Oct.
14, the Yeghishe Charents school in Yerevan will host British
Ambassador to Armenia, Mr. Charles Lonsdale.
Among the participants will be representatives of Armenia's foreign
office, Ministry of Education and Science and Yerevan city hall.
