20 troops were killed and 36 injured from the both Armenian and
Azerbaijani parties within the last year, "SalamNews" quotes the
personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk
as saying.
Mr. Kasprzyk has stressed that the conflict of Nagorno-Karabakh
isn't a frozen conflict; it is an unresolved conflict, which should
be settled within a short period of time.
