The Investigation Service of the Ministry of Defense informed that a
serviceman was arrested on October 14 in relation to the death of Yuri
Nersisyan on October 12, 2011. The arrestee is suspected under Article
359 Para 1 of the Criminal Code (Breach of relations, prescribed by
field manuals, between servicemen not subordinated to each other,
expressed in humiliation of the person's honor and self-esteem,
persecution or violence, is punished with arrest for the term of up
to 3 months, or with disciplinary battalion for the term of up to 2
years, or with imprisonment for the term of up to 3 years.)
