GREEK COMPANY TO BUILD AUTOMATED UNDERGROUND PARKING AREAS IN THE CENTER OF YEREVAN

YEREVAN, October 18. /ARKA/. Greek company "Teotek" plans to develop
and implement a construction project of automated underground
parking area in the center of Yerevan, informs the site of Yerevan
Municipality.
According to the press-release, issues and prospects of cooperation
were discussed on Tuesday during the meeting of representatives of
the company "Teotek" with Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan.
General Director of the company "Teotek" Konstantin Aloupis introduced
Karapetyan the main spheres of activity of the company, particularly
high technologies, automated management of parking, healthcare,
hotel business and other spheres.
Based on the results of the meeting, Karapetyan and Aloupis signed
Memorandum of Intent.
The document envisages implementation of design programs of all
infrastructures of Yerevan, including communications and cable system,
as well as reconstruction, operation and services of institutions of
healthcare administered by the municipality.
"Very soon the working group will submit a report on the projects
mentioned in the Memorandum, and the parties will start negotiations
on investment plans", press-service of the municipality informs.
