PanARMENIAN.Net - Everyone in Armenia is concerned about what is
happening in the army, chairman of the Public Council at the RA
Defense Ministry said.
"The number of army deaths is decreasing year by year, however, the
Armenian public is displeased, calling for drastic changes," Gegham
Harutyunyan said, adding that he is most of all concerned over the
cases of suicide as result of violence and humiliation.
Harutyunyan said he sees professionalism as a solution to army
problems. "It's easy to hold trainings for the personnel but it's
difficult to control human relations. One thing I know for sure is
that army never avoided responsibility," he said.
