Armenia thanks Russia for Karabakh help
Armenia is grateful for Russia's efforts aimed at resolving the
Karabakh conflict, the country's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian
told reporters in the run-up to President Serzh Sargsyan's visit to
Moscow scheduled for October 23-25.
The diplomat noted that the Russian leader Dmitry Medvedev initiated
numerous summits on the issue and is constantly working on the
problem.
Nagorno-Karabakh is a landlocked unrecognized Armenian enclave that
broke away from Azerbaijan in 1988. The OSCE Minsk Group featuring
Russia, the US and France have been dealing with the conflict since
