The paper claims it has learned that the commission of legal issues of
the opposition alliance Armenian National Congress (or HAK) discussed
a document on legal and judicial reforms.
The paper says the document was authored by Gagik Jhangiryan, former
Armenian Military Prosecutor and now HAK activist, who has worked on
it for several months now.
The document is quite extensive and its content is of very importance,
the paper claims.
Further, it says that the discussions on this document will be over
soon and it will be presented to the public.
It is not excluded that the document may be published in a separate brochure.
