PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 24, Armenia will start its first
tournament day at World Youth U-16 Chess Olympiad.
Armenia's line-up at the Olympiad is as follows: Karen Grigoryan,
Hovhannes Gabuzyan, Tigran Harutyunyan, Arman Mikaelyan and Zohrak
Apresyan, coached by Arsen Yeghiazaryan.
Armenia won the World Youth U-16 Chess Olympiad in 1998 and 2000.
World Youth U-16 Chess Olympiad in Izmit, Turkey, will be hosting
Russian, Indian, Iranian, Kazakh, Czech Republic, Swiss, Malaysian,
Georgian, Slovakian, Moldavian, Syrian, British, Scottish, Azerbaijani,
Kenyan, Kirghiz, Tunisian, Turkish, South African and EUA teams.
