The "We will not remain silent" civic organization reports that it
has turned down an invitation by the OSCE office in Yerevan to discuss
the matter of tackling problems plaguing the Armenian armed forces.
The organization says that it received a telephone call from the OSCE
expressing an interest in the group's work in exposing army-related
problems and that it wished to meet with members of the "We will not
remain silent" group.
The group says it will continue to raise this important issue but
not within the confines of the OSCE office.
