Turkish mass media are aimed at creating strained energy situation
in Armenia, they are aimed at ceasing the construction of a new
atomic block, Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen
Movsisyan stated in National Assembly.
The tremors of Turkish devastating earthquake were of magnitude 3
in the Armenian nuclear power plant (NPP), the plant didn't suffer
as it is built to stand even magnitude 9, said Gagik Markosyan, the
CEO NPP making remarks on media stories that the earthquake in Van
influenced on the Armenian nuclear plant.
The Minister has confirmed that the NPP is built to stand even
magnitude 9 quake. "Turkish and Azerbaijani statements have become
something simple," said Minister Movsisyan.
