ALIYEV CLAN CONTINUES PROPAGANDA AFTER DIPLOMATIC VICTORY FOR UN SC MEMBERSHIP - ARMENIAN MP

YEREVAN. - By representing membership for UN Security Council as a
diplomatic victory, the Aliyev clan continues contrived propaganda,
ruling Armenian Republican Party MP Edward Sharmazanov said at the
Parliament.
Azerbaijan's membership will have no impact on the Karabakh conflict
process. It was accepted in the Security Council as it managed to
attract the attention of some states by oil," MP said.
He also said that Armenia continues to develop relations with the U.S.
and EU, as well as with its strategic alley Russia. There is an active
political dialogue, which carries out economic projects. But the axis
of the relationship is military-technical and strategic cooperation.
Thanks to the CSTO, efficient army was established, which can be
responsible for the security in Nagorno-Karabakh, Sharmazanov stated.
Both French and Russian Presidents have stated that the Karabakh
conflict is possible to settle only through peace. This is a challenge
to Azerbaijan to think over, MP concluded.
