YEREVAN. - Georgia's FM Grigol Vashadze Wednesday's statement on
being mediator in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement is nothing
else but incoherent political step. It is conditions by the fear not
to be separated from the general context of the region, the Political
Developments Research Center statement reads.
"Georgia's fear is based on the agreement signed by the CIS member
states in St Petersburg last week. In case the agreement is put in
power fully it will cut Georgia from the perspective of regional
cooperation. That is why, taking into account the place and time of
Vashadze's statement, it is understood that Georgia tries to get on
Russia's nerves in a state, which has not joined the initiative of
Russian free trade zone yet," the statement reads.
