ELMAR MAMMADYAROV: AZERBAIJAN NOT TO ABANDON NEGOTIATIONS ON KARABAKH

Azerbaijan will not abandon the negotiations to resolve the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar
Mammadyarov said.
"I have no information about the next meeting of the Armenian and
Azerbaijani Presidents," the Minister said. "I got this information
from the press. I can only confirm that Azerbaijan is ready to continue
the talks over Nagorno-Karabakh."
He said that much has been done in the peace process up to now.
"The conflict must be resolved in a phased manner, on the basis of
the Madrid Principles," Mammadyarov said.
