PRESIDENT SARGSYAN'S CONGRATULATION ON KNOWLEDGE DAY

President Serzh Sargsyan issued an address on the occasion of the
Day of Knowledge. The message reads, in part:
"Dear schoolchildren, teachers and parents, Dear students and
lecturers,
I congratulate you on the occasion of the Knowledge Day.
Knowledge is the centuries-old experience of our people and all
humanity, which every generation has to pass on to the next ones."
"Both the teaching and learning processes are complex and hard. No
adult in the world achieves serious success easily," the President
stated.
"Today is September 1st and the doors of our educational
establishments are widely open. Today is a special day especially
for first-graders. They will remember this festive day for the rest
of their lives. I once again congratulate all of you and wish you a
productive academic year."
