ARMENIAN FM SAID BASIC PRINCIPLES COULD SERVE AS GROUND FOR RECONCILIATION

We've reached a harbor, when the mediators, the international community
and Armenia, having common disposition with them, were thinking that by
the mediation and initiative of Russian President the basic principles
submitted by the three co-chairs would launch the start of NK conflict
reconciliation, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian answered
to the question of a student from YSU.
Armenian FM placed blame on Azerbaijan's destructive position for
failing the advancement.
"The same happened in 2011 in Sochi, in 2010 in Astrakhan and
Saint Petersburg, where Azerbaijan failed the agreement," Minister
Nalbandian said.
