ARTSAKH IS 20 YEARS OLD: FESTIVE CELEBRATIONS KICK OFF IN NKR

Nagorno-Karabakh is in feast today; Free Artsakh celebrates the 20th
jubilee of its independence. On September 2, 1991 a declaration was
adopted on NKR.
Traditionally the capital city of second Armenian Republic feasts
the day. Festive celebrations have kicked off yesterday.
On the occasion of the 20th jubilee of declaration of NKR activists of
Artsakh war, servicemen, famous social-political figures, benefactors,
representatives of culture, education and sport fields, journalists
from Artsakh, Armenia, Diaspora and foreign countries have been
granted state awards.
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has also attended the award giving
ceremony and delivered a congratulatory address on the occasion of
declaration of Artsakh Independence.
It's said that on the occasion of the 20th jubilee of the Independence
of Artsakh amnesty is supposed to be declared.
