    ARMENIA : Jerry Gorman joins Fortune Oil as Project Director for
    Armenia iron ore investment



    Jerry Gorman has been appointed as the Project Director for Fortune
    Oil s Armenia iron ore investment.

    According to Fortune Oil, Gorman will assume this new role from
    October 1. With this appointment, he will develop both Hrazdan and
    Abovyan mines. He will be company s senior official in Armenia and
    will be the key individual communicating with all of Group's strategic
    alliance partners such as SRK Consulting (UK), ProMet Engineers
    (Australia), Sinosteel Group (China), local Government and other
    relevant authorities such as Chinese Embassy.



    "I am delighted that Jerry will be joining us. Jerry is a highly
    experienced, innovative and results oriented iron ore project manager
    with an established track record of delivering difficult projects to
    tight timescales. He has broad international experience having
    successfully delivered various iron ore projects in numerous countries
    on several different continents. His expertise is ideally suited for
    the Company's iron ore investment in Armenia and I am certain that he
    will play a crucial role in successfully delivering the projects,"
    said Tee Kiam Poon, CEO of Fortune Oil.

    Gorman has experience of over 30-year in mining and metals. He has
    effectively established, run and executed metallurgical and mining
    projects in South America, Africa and Europe. Before this new role, he
    worked for 9-year with Eurasian Natural Resources Corp. (ENRC) and its
    subsidiary companies at different positions. Recently, he worked as
    the President and CEO of Bahia Mineracao, a completely owned
    subsidiary of ENRC. There he directed all parts of company s iron ore
    deposits in Brazil.
