Baku. Habil Suleymanzadeh -APA. "Georgia's airspace remains closed for
the transit of military cargo from Russia to Armenia", said Georgian
Foreign Minster Nino Kalandadze, APA reports quoting "Kavkaz Online"
news portal.
The minister called to be wary of materials released by "Wikileaks"
website and underlined that this news source was inauthentic. "This
is incorrect. Russia has applied to Georgia for several times on the
opening of airspace. But Georgian side has not satisfied this request.
Such request was made in 2008. The Georgian side doesn't expect such
requests, because the Georgian Parliament annulled the Russian-Georgian
agreement on use of airspace", Kalandadze said.
