FRENCH FM MAY DISCUSS DETAILS OF KARABAKH TALKS IN MOSCOW - EXPERT

Small details and nuances of negotiations can be discussed during
French foreign minister's visit to Russia.
The statement came from political expert Fikrat Sadikhov commenting
on French foreign minister's Russia visit.
French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe is to visit Moscow today to discuss
issues related to Syria and Libya along with Nagorno-Karabakh issue.
'Unfortunately, these two countries which have sufficient influence
on Armenia fail to put necessary pressure o Armenia to resolve the
conflict. Both France and Russia have almost the same stance toward
the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Azerbaijan has
announced unequivocally that the limit of concessions can not be
higher than this.
In this case, as OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs France and Russia should
discuss ways to continue talks and look for possible ways to settle
the conflict. I don't think any decision in favor of Azerbaijan will
be adopted there.'
