YEREVAN. - A new event "Clean up the Monument of Grandma and Grandpa"
was launched on Facebook by Armenian youth activists.
The idea is to clean up the monument of "We Are Our Mountains",
which is a peculiar symbol of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
The organizers will visit the spot on September 25 to clean the chalk
writings and other "ornaments" inscribed on the monument.
The organizers will need assistance in terms of transport and
accommodation arrangement and ask for the assistance of public and
private organizations.
