HAYK DEMOYAN UNDERLINES THE IMPORTANCE OF ESTABLISHING MUSEUMS OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE IN VARIOUS ARMENIAN COMMUNITIES

Yerevan/Mediamax/. It is important to establish museums of Armenian
Genocide in Armenian communities worldwide on the threshold of the
100th anniversary of Armenian Genocide.
Director of Museum-Institute of Armenian Genocide Hayk Demoyan stated
this today presenting the events devoted to the 100th anniversary of
Armenian Genocide, Mediamax reports.
According to Hayk Demoyan, the Museum intends to prepare about 30
mobile thematic expositions. Besides, they are going to organize
international conferences.
The Director of the Museum also underlined the importance of teaching
"Genocide" subject both in Armenia and the educational institutions
of the Diaspora.
