VLADIMIR PUTIN CONGRATULATES TIGRAN SARGSYAN ON 20TH ANNIVERSRAY OF ARMENIA'S INDEPENDENCE

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message
to Armenian PM Tigran Sarsgayn. The message reads, in part:
"Dear Mr. Sargsyan, Accept, please, my cordial congratulations on
the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia. The
relations between our countries based on centuries-old friendship
and traditions, are steadily developing.
We have registered tangible progress in our cooperation in the
fields of economy, investments, science and technology, transport
and culture. Our constructive collaboration is strengthening within
the CIS, the CSTO and other formats.
I'm confident that the further development of Armenian-Russian allied
relations fully corresponds to the basic interests of our peoples
and contributes to the establishment of stability and security in
the South Caucasus.
Dear Mr. Sargsyan, I wish robust health, happened and new achievements
to you, and prosperity to all Armenian people."
