DEFENSE MINISTER: QUALITY OF OUR ARMED FORCES IS IMPORTANT FOR ARMENIA

"The most important thing for us is qualitative advantage, and not
the quantitative," Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan told
the reporters today after the military parade.
The Minister said balanced relations between the Armenian and
Azerbaijani sides are preserved without intermediation of a third
party.
"Quality - this is the most important factor for us," said the
Defense Minister.
