ARMENIA MAINTAINS BALANCE OF FORCES WITH AZERBAIJAN WITHOUT THIRD PARTY -MINISTER

Armenia is independently maintaining the balance of forces with
Azerbaijan, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanian said after the military
parade, which marked the 20th anniversary of Armenian independence.
"We are maintaining the balance of forces with Azerbaijan without
the assistance of a third force," he said.
"Quality is more important than quantity. The same principle prevailed
in the Karabakh War years," the minister said.
"We care about quality, from the training of every soldier to the
coordination of military units, and about our combat spirit. That is
what our soldiers display," he said.
