On the Freedom Square, Nikol Pashinyan opened the rally of the Armenian
National Congress. He reminded that twenty years ago on September 23
the Supreme Council of Armenia declared the independence of Armenia.
The rally began with the national anthem.
"We decided that Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan, and the ignorant
oligarchs serving them must return to people everything they robbed
from people, cent by cent, no matter what their name is, Nemets, Uygur
or Albanian. We decided that Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan, and
the ignorant oligarchs serving them will be responsible to people,
independent from their wealth and the thickness of their necks,"
Nikol Pashinyan announced, noting that they know from meetings with
people that people expect hope and dignity from them.Nikol Pashinyan
said they need to fight all the way to victory. "We made a decision,
and our decision will not be revoked. So, long live freedom, long
live the Armenian revolution, long live the freedom of Armenia,
long live our children who will live in free and happy Armenia,"
Nikol Pashinyan announced.
