NALBANDIAN SAYS PROGRESS POSSIBLE IN TALKS IN CASE AZERBAIJAN TAKES BACK THE 10 CHANGES IT PRESENTED IN KAZAN

Edward Nalbandian who was in the delegation headed by the RA President
in New York had meetings on September 22 with the Co-Chairs of the
OSCE Minsk Group, Robert Bradtke of the United States, Igor Popov
and Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office of the
Russian Federation Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk.
RA MFA Press office reported that they continued discussions on the
peaceful settlement of Artsakh conflict.
During the conversation Minister Nalbandian stressed once again that
progress in talks will be registered only if Azerbaijan takes back
the 10 changes it presented in Kazan.
They also referred to the implementation of the agreement October
27 2010 in Astrakhan on creation of investigation mechanism of cases
registered in the line of contact.
