The message reads, in part:
"Relations between our two countries, founded in many centuries of
friendship and spiritual affinity, continue to flourish. We have
achieved significant successes in cooperation in trade and economic
areas as well as in investment, science, technology, transport and
culture. We are strengthening this constructive cooperation within
the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Collective Security Treaty
Organisation, and also in other multilateral formats.
I am confident that the further development of Russian-Armenian
partnership is absolutely in the interests of both our peoples,
and that it contributes to ensuring stability and security across
the broader Caucasus region."
