Zhoghovurd: Margar Ohanyan's `cruel' testimony

The paper claims it has learned the former Chief of Traffic Police and
now arrested Margar Ohanyan has come up with specific details in his
testimony about the business of the Police Chief Alik Sargsyan.
According to the paper, Ohanyan said how the police system receives
money and in what conditions the police opens or closes criminal
cases.
Further, the paper says it asked Andranik Mirzoyan, Head of Special
Investigations Service, to comment on the issue to which Mirzoyan said
they have no such information so far.
Mirzoyan also said that even if Margar Ohanyan had given such
testimony, they would not make it public given the secrecy
requirements of the investigation.
The paper, concludes, that with this remark, Andranik Mirzoyan, in
fact, confirmed that Ohanyan did unveil such details in his testimony.
