According to Armenian newspaper "Golos Armenii" ("Voice of Armenia")
NK issue settlement process has been frozen somehow after Armenian,
Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Kazan. Armenian Minister of
Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan referred to this theme in New-York
during meeting with OSCE MG co-chairs Robert Bradke and Igor Popov.
According to Armenian official advantage could be reached if Baku
denied those ten checks which Aliyev made in Kazan.
According to the newspaper the international society also realizes
that Baku disturbs the peace settlement process and Azerbaijan has to
deny its "checks". Otherwise, "no way remains as Yerevan has already
showed Baku during the military parade devoted to the 20th anniversary
of Armenian independence that Azerbaijan will fail if tries to solve
the issue by military way", the newspaper writes and underlines that
Azerbaijani-Turkish diplomacy is in deadlock.
