Judging from Azerbaijan's destructive behavior in the issue of
Karabakh no breakthrough should be anticipated in the nearest future,
thus nothing will be changed in Armenia-Turkey relations, said Kiro
Manoyan, the head of ARF Armenian cause office.
Referring to the return of Armenian-Turkish protocols to the Turkish
parliament, the expert says Turkey intends to show that some process
is still on. The expert says the protocols have been back in order
Armenia doesn't call back the signature.
Mr. Manoyan says the Foreign Ministers and the OSCE Minsk Group
co-chairs will continue having meetings, but the presidents won't
often have meetings, because those meetings are unproductive.
