As Giro Manoyan, head of ARF Hay Dat office and the office of
political issues announced during the press conference on September
27 no progress should be expected in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue in
the foreseeable future because of Azerbaijan's destructive policy.

"Consequently, there will be no progress in Armenia-Turkey
    reconciliation process, " he noted.

According to G. Manoyan the negotiations will go on in the format of
Minsk group as he doesn't expect meetings to be held at presidential
level. In his words Azerbaijan is now busy with seeking supporters
to ensure its membership in the UN Security Council.
