PRESIDENT PUTIN TO BRING ABOUT CHANGES IN ARMENIA'S FOREIGN POLICY - ARF-D REP

Russia's influence is not so great for processes going on there to
start in Armenia, Giro Manoyan, Head of the Hay Dat office, Armenian
Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D), told journalists as
he spoke of the impact the ongoing political processes may have on
Armenia's domestic political life.
On the other hand, Manoyan believes that Armenia may modify its
foreign policy in case Vladimir Putin is re-elected president of
Russia. The work styles of Vladmir Putin and Dmitri Medvedev are
obviously different, which means changes in the region in case Putin
becomes Russia's president.
