EXPERT: AZERBAIJAN HAS NO RIGHT TO SPEAK ON SNIPERS TOPIC

"It's really strange that particularly in recent phase the frequency
of such statements made by Azerbaijan has grown. It's strange as a
country that refuses to withdraw its snipers from the front lines, is
commenting on snipers' activities," speaking to Panorama.am military
expert Hrachya Petrosyants said.
Azerbaijani MPs deliver statements claiming that civilians are being
killed from shots of Armenian snipers.
If Azerbaijan is deeply alarmed by the issue of snipers, then, as
expert stated, it should withdraw snipers from the front lines.
"Azerbaijan has no right to speak on this topic. During the last few
weeks Azerbaijani sniper killed an Armenian serviceman. While Armenian
snipers undertake only punitive operations," said Petrosyants.
