Noted French-Armenian singer Charles Aznavour got the 2012 Tree of
Life Fund award on Tuesday, in a ceremony that held at the UNESCO
headquarters in Paris, the Voice of Russia reported.
Initiated by the Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS countries in 2007,
the Tree of Life award is annually given to prominent public figures
for their significant contribution to international humanitarian
cooperation.
