POLITICAL ANALYST SAYS AZERBAIJAN NOT TO SUCCEED IN CHANGING MINSK GROUP FORMAT

YEREVAN, APRIL 3, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijan is trying to change the Minsk
group format, political analyst Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan told a press
conference on Tuesday, adding that with the efforts of Azerbaijan
the issue on replacing France with the EU has been raised. "Baku
understands that the war situation allows hide other crimes,"
Melik-Shahnazaryan said. According to him, Azerbaijani authorities
were dealing with the formation of totalitarian system expressed in
neutralization of political opposition, keeping people in awe. "I think
Azerbaijan will not manage to change the situation as the Minsk group
format is acceptable for all super powers. For doing it the consent
of all the parties is necessary and Armenia will never agree to it,"
he said.
