Aznavor to give three concerts in New York

Charles Aznavour will give three concerts at the famous City Center in
New York. the concerts are not part of a farewell tour. `This term was
coined by a journalist, who was probably tired of me,' Aznavour told a
press conference.
Aznavour said one of his most cherished dreams is to sing at Moscow's
Red Square. `There are two other places in the world, where I would
like to sing: the Greek Acropolis and the Egyptian Pyramids. He added,
however, that `for me the audience is the same everywhere - be it in
Paris, New York or somewhere else.'
Speaking about the cities where he would love to live, Charles
Aznavour mentioned Montreal, Brussels, New York, and Milan.
Asked why he's still on the stage, when many people of his age prefer
to live a quiet life without stresses, the singer responded: `Because
I love life.'
