AZERBAIJANI FILM FESTIVAL TO BE HELD IN ARMENIA

Baku. Victoria Dementieva - APA. Azerbaijani films will be shown in
Gyumru on April 12.
APA reports quoting the Caucasus Centre for Peacekeeping Initiatives
as saying that 4 short films (1 documentary, 3 feature films),
made in Azerbaijan in 2007-2008, will be shown in Gyumru Journalists
Club. One of the films will win "Audience sympathy" award. The films
were translated into Armenian language. The festival is held under
auspices of UK and US embassies in Armenia.
Though the center wanted to hold the similar event in Yerevan in 2010,
the festival didn't take place because no venue was allocated for
the organizers without any reason.
